Generation Z: FLEXIBLE

We define Generation Z in this report as people born between the mid 1990s and 2010.

We think: Generation Z is flexible. They live in a world where change is the only constant.

Generation Z is familiar with switching jobs, relationships and houses. As long as it is efficient and works for them. They work at home and socialize at work. (Rene Boenders, 2012) You can call them: New Nomads. Houses, relationships, they switch easily through them. The know less boundaries rules and borders (literaly) then generations before (Jacqueline Wolfs, 2012). Their lifestyle is really fluid. They familiar with having influences from around the whole world and learned from a young age how to shift and move through all this input. For al this reasons, Generation Z might be the most flexible generations in decades.
